    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Grocery items will be delivered between 9 December and 24 December.
    2. Membership payments or contributions must be made monthly.
    3. All outstanding payments must be fully settled by 30 November.
    4. Supplies are available only to members with a valid Harvest Super Maize membership.
    5. If a member chooses to cancel their membership, 15% of the total amount paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    6. If a monthly payment is missed, 10% of the monthly contribution will be charged as a penalty fee.
    7. If the full plan amount is not paid by the end of November, the membership will be automatically
    8. terminated, and any amounts already paid will be forfeited.
    9. This discount offer is made possible through bulk purchasing discounts obtained from wholesalers. Monthly contributions are used to purchase the selected grocery items listed above and to cover delivery to the member’s address.
    10. Upon receipt of this form, the office will contact the member to finalize the membership process.
